Harmony Day
My school had Harmony Day on the 21st of March. We wore orange and yellow clothes on that day. Some of the students brought orange or yellow fruit to school. I brought in some bananas to school. The S.R.C’s were selling the fruit for 50 cents for 1 piece. The S.R.C’s sold the fruit on Harmony day and the day after that because there were some leftover. On the second day, the S.R.C’s dropped the price to 20 cents because no one was buying the fruit. When they put the price to 20 cents everyone came rushing to buy some fruit!
My poem about Harmony
Harmony unites us as one,
And we dress in colours of the sun
Harmony brings the world together,
And makes the world a lot better
Harmony will show us the way,
Even if it’s a dark, dark day
